*By booking this offer, the customer agrees to having read and accepted the following conditions:

The “HOTEL SALE” rate is valid for bookings made at participating hotels in the following regions (“Participating Hotels”); Australia, Bahrain, Benin, Cambodia, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Fiji Islands, Ghana, Greater China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Madagascar, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, St Helena Ascension and Tristan, Tanzania, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, and Vietnam.

In order for the “HOTEL SALE” rate to apply:

1.    bookings must be for a minimum of one night.

2.    bookings must be made during the applicable Sale Period below:

a)    Loyalty Members only: between 12:01am on Monday 18 May 2026 (CEST) and 11:59pm on Monday 1 June 2026 (CEST) (both dates inclusive) (“Sale period”). You must be a member of ALL Accor at the time of booking to access this early access period

b)    Non-Loyalty Members: between 12:01am on Tuesday 2 June 2026 (CEST) and 11:59pm on Friday 31 July 2026 at participating hotels outside of the Pacific region, and 11:59pm (local hotel time) on Monday 29 June 2026 at participating hotels in the Pacific region.

3.    the stay must be between Thursday 21 May 2026 and Wednesday 30 September 2026 (“Stay Period”) for Loyalty Members, and Thursday 4 June 2026 and Wednesday 30 September 2026 for Non-Loyalty Members. Guests whose bookings commence during the Stay Period and continue after the Stay Period, subject to these terms and conditions, will not receive the “HOTEL SALE” rate for that part of their booking which is not during the Stay Period.

Guests who book the “HOTEL SALE” rate will receive a 20% discount on the flexible rate when staying at any participating hotel that takes part in this offer.

ALL Accor members are eligible to receive the ALL Accor Member Rate discount in addition to the “HOTEL SALE” rate provided that the relevant Participating Hotel is eligible for such discount under the ALL Accor terms and conditions of membership.

ALL Accor members will earn Status points and Reward points in accordance with the ALL Accor Terms and conditions of membership.

There is a limited allocation of rooms for sale, and the “HOTEL SALE” rate is subject to black-out dates, including school holidays and availability. Where the “HOTEL SALE” rate is available, it will be shown at the time of booking. Rooms in a participating hotel in excess of this allocation will not be available at the “HOTEL SALE” rate.

Bookings made on the “HOTEL SALE” rate must be prepaid in full online at the time of booking and are non-refundable, cannot be changed, cancelled, exchanged or reimbursed and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or special offers (with the exception of participating hotels in Greater China).

Prices are quoted in the local currency of the Participating Hotel (as stipulated at the time of booking) and are inclusive of all local taxes unless otherwise stipulated. Exchange rates are given for information purposes only and are non-binding.

At the time of booking, if the “HOTEL SALE” rate is not available for the dates requested, another public rate will be suggested automatically on the rate screen.
