Inspired by vibrant flavours and regional recipes from the misty highlands to the golden southern shores, each food station represents “A Postcard from Home” unfolding authentic tastes and heartfelt memories brought to life by our master chefs.

• Chef Roziro Methias, Executive Chef – crafting bold, flavourful creations inspired by Sri Lanka’s coastal heritage.
• Chef Dammika Herath, Executive Pastry Chef – renowned for his mastery of traditional Sri Lankan desserts and sweets.
• Chef Kumari, Sri Lankan Specialty Chef – preserving the essence of home-cooked recipes passed down through generations.

• Ruzaina Hadgie, Ambassador for Sri Lankan Cuisine – bringing the warmth and richness of Malay-Sri Lankan flavours to the table.

Timings:
• 21 & 22 November | Dinner | 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 23 November | Brunch | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Price: AED 250 per person (inclusive of food & soft beverages)
Alcoholic beverages charged as per consumption.

3. Winner Announcement: The winner will be selected and announced on 12 November 2025 via Sheneller’s social media platforms.
4. Prize Details:The prize includes a 3-night stay for two adults at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre on a bed & breakfast basis along with two tickets to the Chronicles of Ceylon 3.0 event.
5. Redemption: The stay and event tickets must be redeemed between 21–23 November 2025 (during the event dates). If the winner chooses to redeem the hotel stay only (without attending the event), the stay will be valid for 6 months, subject to availability, until 30 April 2026.
6. General Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Booking is subject to hotel availability at the time of reservation. Transport and any additional expenses are not included.
