Inspired by vibrant flavours and regional recipes from the misty highlands to the golden southern shores, each food station represents “A Postcard from Home” unfolding authentic tastes and heartfelt memories brought to life by our master chefs.

 

Meet the Culinary Masters

  • Chef Roziro Methias, Executive Chef – crafting bold, flavourful creations inspired by Sri Lanka’s coastal heritage.
  • Chef Dammika Herath, Executive Pastry Chef – renowned for his mastery of traditional Sri Lankan desserts and sweets.
  • Chef Kumari, Sri Lankan Specialty Chef – preserving the essence of home-cooked recipes passed down through generations.

  • Ruzaina Hadgie, Ambassador for Sri Lankan Cuisine – bringing the warmth and richness of Malay-Sri Lankan flavours to the table.
